Whatever your celebration, may these days be kind to you, your families and your loved ones!

I may be at least partially taking leave of cyberspace for a few days, so I want to wish all my
visitors and loyal followers from all over the world—84 countries so
far—the very best of this season. For us Christians, that means MERRY CHRISTMAS! (para mis hispanohablantes amigos, ¡FELIZ NAVIDAD!) For my Jewish friends, it's HAPPY HANUKKAH! (starting, for the first time in nearly 40 years, on Christmas Eve). For all of us here in the northern hemisphere, it's HAPPY WINTER SOLSTICE!
Whatever your celebration, may these days be kind to you, your families and your loved ones!
